Shipping policy

Order processing time will generally be 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified during a promotion. 

All shipping overages $3+ are refunded to customer and anything owed that's < $3 is covered by W+W. 

Orders combine within 24-hour period and overages $3+ will be refunded minus a $3 combining fee per order.

$25 shipping deposit required at checkout for international customers and an email will be sent with the updated amount due/owed (must be paid within 48 hours).

Once packages are picked up by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility to replace anything damaged and/or lost during the shipping process. We will be more than happy to assist you with filing a claim with the said carrier at your request.
